Title

Using drones for management of automotive companies


Abstract

The introduction of drones in the automotive industry is a recent phenomenon with immense potential to revolutionize various aspects of production and logistics. This research paper investigates the integration of drone technology within the automotive industry, examining its potential to enhance economic and non-economic efficiency, inform decision-making, and support strategic management. Key findings demonstrate the transformative potential of drones in streamlining inventory management, optimizing logistics, and improving quality control. By leveraging drones for aerial inspections, parts delivery, and data collection, automotive manufacturers can enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve safety, and gain a competitive edge. The study emphasizes the importance of considering economic and non-economic factors, such as environmental impact and social responsibility, in the strategic deployment of drone technology within the automotive sector. As drone technology continues to evolve, we can expect even more innovative applications to emerge in the coming years. Overall, drones have the potential to make automotive manufacturing faster, more efficient, and safer.
